71st Lehigh Valley Amateur  Tournament (2007) Green Pond Country Club is home of the exciting annual Lehigh Valley Amateur Tournament, which attracts hundreds of golfers from all over the area. This year's tournament will take place from Saturday, September 22, 2007 through Sunday, September 30, 2007 .  In recent years, this highly anticipated event has developed into a community showcase, with local companies entertaining clients, families getting involved, and plenty of corporate sponsors  and radio and television coverage.
